Huge staging area, was there 13hrs before my appt. Was able to check in right away. Over night parking avl. They have restroom for drivers

Will Call. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Wait time is ridiculous, lady at front isnt organized and always ALWAYS on her phone no sense of urgency when it comes to customers!! When you have an issue she’s quick to have attitude, if I wanted to wait 30 mins+ I would just get delivered. The guys that bring out are nice and say sorry but overall terrible customer service.
