It amazes me how a food servicing provider that expects performance out of their own delivery drivers to meet standards for their customers can hold an OTR driver for hours and hours w/out any explanation, causing service failures for others, missed appointments, rescheduling fees etc. HORRIBLE !!! Have to come back an edit, Capstone did an amazing job
Appt 8am. Check in 7am. Get a door in 10am, unloaded in 1pm…..6 pallets bro. So bad…. Charge fee for move 29 pallets :))) I have only 10 inside :) guy just move whole truck 3 times for nothing
If they don't like you, they will hold you very long,they do it on purpose, 4 pallets - 4 hours! They just seem friendly!
