I was a customer in the Dollar General while one of the merchandisers was putting beer in the coolers. As he was working, he was on head set phone talking. He was using cuss words, the F word a few times and was not being quiet about it! Not very professional. Should Keith Beverage workers be cussing in public, aloud while kids and etc shopping in the store??? Shame on yall
My experience with Ben E. Keith Distributors has changed dramatically over the past year. When I first opened my business, the service was outstanding. Deliveries were consistent, communication was excellent, and having a dedicated sales representative made it easy to manage inventory and address issues quickly. Unfortunately, operational changes have significantly impacted the level of service my business receives.
