BEWARE: Ben Diaz Roofing is not as the company portray themselves to be. They talk a good game & say how they have a 12 yr. workmanship warranty, but just try to get them back to correct their mistakes. We tried for 6 months to get them to resolve our roof problems that they had inspected and acknowledged. We finally gave up and had to get another roofing company to fix the problems. It was a nightmare expenience.
