They worked incredibly hard to figure out why my vehicle was vibrating at high speeds. They were thorough and detailed. Most importantly, they were able to fix the situation perfectly!
The FORD service department has been really helpful and they have worked us in at times, making suggestions that have been beneficial to our vehicle. We have now bought a 2008 Ford F150, a 2013 Ford Edge, a 2015 FORD F150 and a 2020 Ford Explorer. We personally enjoy dealing with Steve Munger on the Chevrolet side as our salesman!
