Went there right after they opened on a Wednesday to get a quote on super minor damage. Was sent away with an appointment to show up the next day at 9am. Show up at 8:55am, then sit and wait for 25 minutes in an empty waiting room and never even got a quote. No thanks! So I went right down the street to a local body shop rated higher on Google reviews, got quoted immediately, and was actually treated like a paying customer. If I wanted to be ignored and treated like I am invisible I’d make an appointment with my cat!
Great customer service by Craig Sturm. He was exceptional! Work provided was top notch as well. I highly recommend Ben Clymers body shop and ask for Craig!
I took my chevy silverado to this body shop, and I was impressed with the work they did all the repairs that they did was amazing.Like if nothing happened Jaimes Alexander the service with the lady in the front desk was awesome. She was very friendly, easy to understand explain everything to me Jaimes promise me that everything was gonna be okay, that he was gonna fix the truck and I was going to be happy. Would give more than 5 stars if possible. The service is outstanding here, and shoutout to Craig for making the process so efficient and understandable. He explained and kept me in the loop the entire process, from explaining the initial damage entirely and daily updates. The work speaks for itself, my car came back better than when I brought it. I recommend this location for anyone who enjoys communicative service and a quick turnaround time. Thankyou!
