Ben was super patient, efficient, and helpful throughout my recent home search and eventual purchase! I had a pretty rigid list of things I wanted (location being the primary factor for me), and Ben did a great job of staying on top of the market and letting me know when a new listing came up. He listened thoughtfully to my feedback when we toured various listings, and tailored further showings to help me find a good fit. My kids and I are thrilled with our new home.
I worked with Ben selling my house and was very pleased with how Ben listened to what was important to me in the prep/selling process and delivered just what I asked of him. Ben quickly got vendors in out of the house to prepare for listing and went above and beyond with assisting big and little concerns. In the end we listed had a weekend of open houses and were under contract a couple days later. If I had another house to sell in the area I would use Ben again.
We needed to declutter, do deferred maintenance, and sell our home of 35 years in two months, but we feared losing control of the process. Friends recommended Ben, who had helped them out of a tight spot in the sale of their home.
