I worked with Ben selling my house and was very pleased with how Ben listened to what was important to me in the prep/selling process and delivered just what I asked of him. Ben quickly got vendors in out of the house to prepare for listing and went above and beyond with assisting big and little concerns. In the end we listed had a weekend of open houses and were under contract a couple days later. If I had another house to sell in the area I would use Ben again.
We needed to declutter, do deferred maintenance, and sell our home of 35 years in two months, but we feared losing control of the process. Friends recommended Ben, who had helped them out of a tight spot in the sale of their home. We are first time home buyers and really had no clue what we were doing. Ben talked us through everything and made the process a fun one! Our journey to closing was truly a long and frustrating one, and but Ben was very helpfull through it all.
I had a great experience with Ben. I recently closed on my 92 year old mother’s home. We walked in with it filled with 65 years worth of belongings. We sold some, donated some and coordinated landscaping, housecleaners and trash hauls. Ben was super helpful and got 6 above asking price offers the first weekend! Highly recommend Ben.
