This firm and its agents really understand New Orleans! I am an out of town investor and have purchased a number of properties in the GNO represented by Ben + Burka. They were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable of the local market and provided an invaluable asset with their network of professionals I was able to call on throughout the process. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for property to buy, sell or lease in or around the New Orleans area.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. During my searches for both a home and a commercial property, I have encountered them. They are the most difficult to do business with - they really do not seem to give a damn about either seller or buyer clients even when you're trying to give them large volumes of money. There was one house I really wanted to see, on Tchoupitoulas, but could not even get a returned phone call. That house was on the market for forever and never could get them to show it to me.
