VERY HELPFUL!
I am not one to share reviews but but this one is well deserved. 10/10! I am in a time crunch on getting a new car, as mine broke unexpectedly. Ben is on vacation and Alexa was off. Ben responded to my messages to help me. Alexa sent me multiple quotes and quickly on her day of no work and Jason is the office took my 20 phone calls (literally about 20 calls) Not once was any of them impatient with me. They helped so much. Got me the best quotes per usual. Best insurnace agency around.
My experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing. Specifically working with Chad has been great! I was recommended to Buenzow Insurance by my lender and I'm so glad he suggested them. They have been very communicative, helpful, informative, and overall I can feel that they care about me and wants what's in my best interest -- I don't feel like just another customer. Would recommend!
Chad is great, good customer service, communication, follow-up and quick getting quotes back. I left another insurance company that I'd been with for about 4 years and am now saving $100\mo on auto and about $700 a year on homeowners.
If I could give ten stars I would! Fast Easy and saved me loads of money!!!!! Thanks Chad!!!!!
