I came in with the band of my watch detached on one side from the head completely expecting to spend at least $100 and have the process take well over a couple days. Elizabeth fixed my watch in under 20 minutes, without any charge. Incredible work and diligence on behalf of the staff. If you have remotely any issue with your watch or are just generally looking for great care I would highly recommend.

Sales persons, on both occasions when I came in were courteous and informed. They treated me with respect even though my watch repair was very modest.
Incredible experience with Daniel at this location. Rep was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to find the perfect watch for me. Ended up with an Omega Moonphase that I absolutely love!
