This Authorized Dealer did not treat me with respect or professionalism. I waited in the store for an hour to place my order in person because I did not want to give my credit card information over the phone. I clearly explained exactly what I wanted. This is my second visit to this Ben Bridge. First time, sales representative Denise Loza helped me with my Rolex wish list and trying out other watches. She was very friendly, attentive and professional which I appreciate. Second time Denise Loza was not working and Bryan helped me with the purchase of two Tudor watches. Both sales representatives were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend any of them for any of your purchases at this Ben Bridge. I will go back in the future.
A little late on this review, but I stopped into Ben Bridge right before I left town and picked up a Tudor Black Bay 54. I couldn’t be happier with it. It was the perfect watch for my vacation, and I wore it everywhere. Denise was great to work with and very patient with my indecisiveness haha. I just got back to Tucson and wanted to thank her for making the whole experience so easy. Loving the watch and can’t wait for the next one!!
Denise and the team are beyond exceptional! Their professionalism and expertise helped us find exactly what we were looking for!!
Joe was awesome to work with! Always a good experience at Ben Bridge.
