We had an amazing experience working with Michelle Hart and her custom designer Mark. I did my research. I found diamonds that I could purchase online or through Costco. I was looking for excellent cuts, clarity, size and reputable certification. However making such a large purchase without dealing with someone face to face made me nervous. Wrongly Repaired Engagement Ring – My poor review of this location comes from my most recent experience in November 2011 with trying to have my engagement ring repaired. I originally had a pearl but when it fell off after only 1 1/2 years, my husband and I decided to replace it with my birthstone (aquamarine). Not Good ! Watch Repair a DISASTER for me – I assumed since Ben Bridges was an 'authorized Rolex dealer' that they also repaired Rolex. My mistake was letting them work on a vintage Rolex from the 60's that was from my Father, who is now deceased.
