Young Dr. that has a heart for the patient and listens to you. Comes from a hometown in Arkansas and was raised in the country on a farm. He gets It…period he gets the symptoms and is sympathetic to your worries

No one in this office has any idea what anyone else in the office is doing. I cannot get a simple prescription called into the pharmacy. My first visit there the prescription was never called in. This time I am on my second day trying to get them to call my prescription in, but apparently no one can do it except for the person that saw me in the clinic. That person is NOT available!

I went to the After Hours Clinic on 7/17/2022 because my uvula was swollen. The nurse practitioner thought I had uvulitis and need a steroids which was needed administered through an IV. She talked to the Emergency Room Doctor and send me to the Emergency Room in case something happen so they would be better able to handle it. I got to the Emergency Room and checked in. Just left in tears and I’m not the type to cry! But I was completely dumbfounded, mad, and in disbelief! I have never in my life had a doctor speak to me let alone raise his voice at me! Dr Howell dismissed everything when I was explaining what was going on and when I told him my symptoms he said i don’t know. I continued to tell him other symptoms since he wanted to remain silent and he raised his voice again “I already told you I don’t know”! This was the most unprofessional service I have ever had!
