Marietta is an amazing realtor. She not only held my hand thru the sale of my family home but found me a wonderful garden co op apt in a fantastic neighborhood. She went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable thru the process. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a person to give them 100% percent.
After a horrible experience with another realtor, we were referred to Marietta Vinocur and our only regret is that it wasn’t sooner! Really disappointed! I was interested in a specific rental and reached out to the realtor (Marietta) directly, no official response. I even called the office twice and was told the realtor would reach out to me. Nothing bad on the office staff as the 2 different ladies I spoke to were very pleasant, it's the actual realtor. How can these places ask us to pay a realtor fee when we have to chase down the realtor?!?! Makes no sense.
