I was highly disappointed by my extremely long unnecessary visit with Dr. Raquel Neeley. I was hoping to switch to her as my PCP, although I was very disappointed after this visit. Dr. Raquel Neeley insisted I wear my masks, even though the mandate has long since expired, and both Dr. Raquel Neeley and her medical student were both wearing their masks.
