Great staff, the ladies in front are very welcoming. The medical staff is very knowledgeable and listens. Dental staff is very accommodating and friendly. Hopefully they get a dentist soon.
Came here for pain after wisdom teeth removal. I assume I had dry socket because I had all the symptoms for it. Dr told me I didn’t have dry socket but she would treat me for it (sew my gums closed). I said no to treatment because why would I get treated for something I didn’t have? No further diagnostics were done on me, I was expected to leave and deal with excruciating pain. We took our son, who is a veteran, to an appointment in March. Upon drop off we were told that the dentist had to leave. The appointment was rescheduled to 2 April. In April, he rode his bike from the East Mesa to Mayfield to be told that has dentist had been moved. Can anyone at these offices please have the common courtesy to call the patient or send a notice to provide necessary information? Such terrible customer service. Someone should audit and report to the state of NM.
