The employees in the lab were so busy talking amongst each other about a potluck… very unprofessional. The lady that did my labs called somewhere like she had an attitude about what I needed done and I was like you could have asked me I can talk. I mean loud and unprofessional. But Dr Abdu is always doing what he needs to do and he’s the reason I come there.
I cannot thank Dr. Abdu and his team enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. Every single one of his nurses and his fellow took the time to listen to me with compassion and empathy. They even acknowledged and apologized for the difficult experiences I had before coming to them, sharing that they felt the healthcare system had failed me by leaving me to figure things out on my own.
