The Dr and staff are always courteous and very professional the Dr always explain my visit where I fully understand Thank You So Much
The employees in the lab were so busy talking amongst each other about a potluck… very unprofessional. The lady that did my labs called somewhere like she had an attitude about what I needed done and I was like you could have asked me I can talk. I mean loud and unprofessional. But Dr Abdu is always doing what he needs to do and he’s the reason I come there.
I cannot thank Dr. Abdu and his team enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. Every single one of his nurses and his fellow took the time to listen to me with compassion and empathy. They even acknowledged and apologized for the difficult experiences I had before coming to them, sharing that they felt the healthcare system had failed me by leaving me to figure things out on my own. Pleasant experience, from start to finish. Appreciate the Dr. Abdu's cross checking and ensuring that other annual exams weren't falling through the cracks. Appears to be concerned holistically. As a teacher, I am grateful for his inquisitiveness and thoroughness in explaining things.
