I was planning on booking another driver this morning and realized that the referral credits had not been applied to my account. After calling a few times before and being told the credits would be issued, I felt like it was more of a principal thing. It's only 20 bucks. It's not a make or break for me. We've paid for our annual membership, used the service twice with no problems, but then, the next 2 times, our request for a driver was cancelled late enough into the evening that we were already buzzed. "we couldn't find a driver for you." Uh, you think you could have called earlier? Tonight is the third time in a row that this has happened. They've serioy let us down. No more.

Regrettably I used this service while on a May 2011 business trip in Cincinnati, Oh. We were hesitant about leaving our car with a total stranger, however; the company states that all their drivers have background checks and insurance. The company policy is that the driver must remain with the vehicle. We assumed that this meant that the vehicle would remain where we were. Wrong!!!
