Highly unprofessional. Owner refuses to service what he sells. Was $10,000 more than the next comparable quote after our dock was destroyed and then stuck my dealership with a $2000 bill that was bartered on his own sons car deal. AVOID!
Do not buy your dock from Bill. He is unprofessional, his business is shady, he makes promises he has no intention of delivering. ignores calls and texts. Never followed up about taking the dock out and in each season. We have had our dock for 3 years and he owed us missing parts. After asking for two years he now says he doesn't remember and "he's done, its alll on us". Stay away and get your dock from an honest business
