Every representative I have spoken to on several different occasions has been incredibly rude.
Matt called to verify a tenant and was incredibly rude on the phone. He claimed I said things I didn't say and actually hung up on me when I attempted to correct him. Asked 5 questions and got my responses for 2 of them wrong. What a poor choice to have represent your company and rental. I pity people trying to get their history verified when he can't actually keep the information straight for a 5 minute phone call.
