Matt called to verify a tenant and was incredibly rude on the phone. He claimed I said things I didn't say and actually hung up on me when I attempted to correct him. Asked 5 questions and got my responses for 2 of them wrong. What a poor choice to have represent your company and rental. I pity people trying to get their history verified when he can't actually keep the information straight for a 5 minute phone call. Grace worked with us for our rental home application screening. She was excellent! Great communication, each time I called she answered and had an update. She was very kind and easy to work with!
Bemrose was very fast and efficient as well as easy to communicate with and always answered the phone. Wonderful screening company. I worked with Elaine who was very knowledgeable and kind, willing to help and find solutions for my application. She even sent the results twice when the management company it was for could not see them. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness Elaine!
Not sure why any reasonable business owner would use this company. They don’t even try to do background checks, they just take your money, and turn you down. Funny how other companies can verify things such as employment, past rental references, etc. with no problems, but these people can’t. Don’t rent from anyone who uses this company.
