Not sure why any reasonable business owner would use this company. They don’t even try to do background checks, they just take your money, and turn you down. Funny how other companies can verify things such as employment, past rental references, etc. with no problems, but these people can’t. Don’t rent from anyone who uses this company.
Would give 1 star if it were an option
If I could give 0 stars I would. Now granted my credit score isn’t great. After being denied for an apartment because of this consulting company. I paid Experian and TransUnion to see my credit score and this consulting had my score off my 50 points. And when I mentioned it they can’t give me how or where they got their score from. No explanation at all for $55. They do whatever they want. I will now have to ask every property if they work with them. I just want to note that I have never been denied an application. If you want a dishonest background check company then this is the company. They lied about reaching out to our current landlord. They didn't even give a day for a response, and said that our rental history couldn't be verified. It's going to cost us $1850.00 because they're too lazy to do their jobs.
