It used to be very gracious and helpful. That has not been my experience now.
Excellent friendly staff, Korrine explained all the new features of my phone. She made certain that every app transferred from my old phones into the new ones and that every app opened correctly.
I went into Verizon in Glenwood, MN and had the best experience I have ever had in customer service in a long time. I can’t brag enough about how incredibly knowledgeable and helpful that young lady was, Korinne! She was a gem and deserves a huge raise or promotion!!
My visit (visits ) to the Glenwood store was very nice, helpful and fast yet very friendly. Korinne R helped me on both trips. I had many questions about my plan concerning buying an IPhone 17. Trade my old iPhone 14 in or using it to add another line. I left knowing the cost it would take to walk out with either choice Korinne had my new phone and new line working in about 30 mins.
