Robert did a great job upgrading my phone and successfully transferring my data and apps! He even managed to save me $35 per month on my phone bill!
I stopped into this store about 15 minutes before they closed because I needed someone to essentially put my phone back the way it was after a bad experience at another location. After a quick explanation of what I needed Robert got things fixed up for me while also explaining how things worked and the best part was he didn't tell me the solution was to "buy a new phone" like the other place. I appreciate his help and his efficiency.
