By far the worst place I have worked in my 36 years as a maintenance tech. Converter films is run by modern day tyrants who's ignorance is only surpassed by their arrogance. They have fired or made quit 59 experienced maintenace techs in the last 5 years adding up to 450 years experience and they don't care. 1st place I have worked where the HR Dept. works against you.
