I have officially reached out to the Equal Employer Opportunity Commission regarding the discrimination I have endured by this company. Race should not determine ability to work. I have the skill set and know how to perform various tasks yet I was discriminated upon. Initially, I went through the application process with my race as black. I was never given an interview. By far the worst place I have worked in my 36 years as a maintenance tech. Converter films is run by modern day tyrants who's ignorance is only surpassed by their arrogance. They have fired or made quit 59 experienced maintenace techs in the last 5 years adding up to 450 years experience and they don't care. 1st place I have worked where the HR Dept. works against you.
