Terrible toilet seat design.
After the less than generous one year warrany the soft close seat does not soft close any more. As with others, there are no replacement dampers so a new seat must be purchased.
Broken Bemis soft close hinge only one year, 8 months old.
Terrible toilet seat products with their stupid “quick lock” connectors. Took me 6x longer to install than it should have. I will NOT be purchasing again.
