After the less than generous one year warrany the soft close seat does not soft close any more. As with others, there are no replacement dampers so a new seat must be purchased.
Broken Bemis soft close hinge only one year, 8 months old.
Terrible toilet seat products with their stupid “quick lock” connectors. Took me 6x longer to install than it should have. I will NOT be purchasing again.
We purchased the A7 model bidet seat approximately one year ago and the unit stopped working. We contacted customer service and they provided us with hard reset instructions, which did not resolve the issue. Since we are unable to find the receipt for our purchase, even though we know it was summer of 2024, they would only offer to repair our unit for a cost of $185.00.
