Didn't make a purchase but really helpful staff
I have had purchases through JR Rocha at Bemis Appliance for my son, my in-laws and myself over the past several years. I have arranged the purchases of 10 appliances. I have always received great attention to all the details of the purchases, delivery and installation. JR has always been very helpful. The warranty service has also been very efficient. I will always go back there for any appliance purchases. Thank you very much.
Will never forget, how we were so mislead by JR Rocha sales consultant, he informed us we were going to get a 350.00 rebate, after purchasing 11,000$ in appliances, after calling him he said he did it correctly and we should get it, after 3 hr on the phone with the company they said we were mislead and called Bemis back they told us they could not do anything about it. Me very aware of the promise you are given, will not go back to that store ever again
