Have used Bemer's for about ten + years. Never any issues with delivery. Always on schedule and my tank never runs out. Had another vendor prior to Beemer who had frequently let my tank run empty.
I have been a customer for 5 years with a perfect payment history! My service was abruptly shut off, not because I haven’t sent monthly payment to them, but, they wouldn’t accept a payment in full due to illness (Covid) , and the loss of income! I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a customer at any time in my life since this occurrence!! Terrible experience. Tech told me my heating stove was junk. Got a second opinion and turns out the stove was fine just needed a new wire and it warmly got us through the winter. Their tech saw $$ signs and an opportunity to flip our stove and install a new one. Cancelled my service over a month ago and their tank is still sitting in my yard. Find another service Update. Tank is still sitting in my yard. It has been over 3 months

They got some pretty cool people, never any problems. They are always quick to respond to any questions, and constantly offer help moving tanks to and from the fill station.
