Is zero an option? We called for a delivery 11/18. It is 7!days later and we are empty! They won’t give us any idea when it will come. We have no accessory heat or stove - oh yea. Thanksgiving and 3 kids home. I offered to pay emergency delivery they accepted Payment then refunded because “that’s not how that works” the office manager said “I have oil so I don’t worry about this” No one else will deliver because we rent the tank. Happy thanksgiving! Run away
I usually do not leave bad reviews, but I unfortunately think I should warn others about this company. When we bought our house, the Bemer tanks were already there, so we continued service. I had them come and do a safety check on the tanks out of an abundance of caution. We ultimately decided to switch companies a couple years later because our Bemer tanks were very rusted and unsightly. Was just charged $4.99 per gallon for 100 gallons on the receipt (10-17-2025)....if I did not call who knows if they would have changed it to $3.20 per gallon like they quoted the day prior. Too many complaints on here about their finance issues for me to trust this company again.
Appreciation to Bemer for having highly conscientious drivers. This makes a difference because it means the employees are responsible and not rushed to make a delivery, which can come at the expense of adjacent properties when the opposite is true. If the drivers are conscientious it usually means that they have been trained well, and other employees associated with Bemer conduct themselves in the same manner with a culture that considers personal property. We were customers for over 20 years, regretfully, trapped in a cycle of having their underground tank and not being able to use a different company because of it. We had selected Bemer's from a home show, feeling very connected with the salesperson, who left Bemer's shortly after. Everything that he had told us turned out to be "alternative truth" / lies.
