I was told the 190 diagnostic fee wold not be applied if my car was worked on then they pulled the old bait and switch when it was time for me to pay they added the fee and I had no choice but to pay it!! I call that bad business!!!!!
I’ve never been disappointed from the years me and my family have been taking our cars to this shop. The staff is very friendly and will thoroughly explain what is going on and will even do a full check up on your car to let you know of any potential issues. I have the CarMax Extended Warranty and it was very easy to use it with them. I just gave them the name of my warranty and they took care of the rest! If you’re looking for a trustworthy car repair shop don’t hesitate to come to this place.
Shane and Shanice and another young lady that was in training was so nice , understanding even thought I really didn’t want to leave my car.
