Went in with 2 sick cats after waiting over the weekend and when I got in I asked about payment plans (I am unemployed due to my health) and I didn't qualify for their credit card to pay so they wouldn't see me I understand cats are expensive but you should be offering a option for pet owners in the case of a emergency a option to put in place a payment plan option kind employees just unfortunately options .
