The equipments were not very clean and I was hurt in the process of my pedicure.
I had a very uncomfortable experience at this nail salon today. When I arrived, I was told the card machine was down and that I had to pay using cash or Zelle, which already felt inconvenient. The main issue, though, was the service itself. The older male technician who worked on my nails was extremely rough and unprofessional. I came in for a simple cut down and fill, but from the beginning, he was aggressive with the drill.
