My favorite nail spa in Spring/The Woodlands! I’ve been coming here for a little over 1 year, and they remain consistent. Victoria, Kelvin, and Nick are wonderful and provide great service. They have a great variety of services and color options. Definitely my go-to spot!
I can not stand the new owner. I loved the former staff that ran the nail salon but the guy running it now will run everyone off with his rudeness and constant complaining to the client. His business was slow so I stopped by after getting my hair done with my hair dressers that rents a salon space there. He got so furious and ranted because I did not make an appointment. I had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. The man who did my nail shaping did not shape them well. The form looked uneven and not clean. Honestly, I am not sure if he is properly trained because he seemed unsure of what he was doing. He also told me to wait so he could call his wife to come and do the polish, which felt unprofessional. Throughout the appointment, he spoke very loudly and was quite noisy, which made me uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return.
My husband and I just dropped by spur of the moment. The guy that checked us in was really nice! I love their customer service. Ashley did my pedicure and she was gentle! The drinks were good too! 10/10
