So far a terrible experience as they claim they will call me right back and it never happens or I am put on hold for a very long time. I chose Bemac over 2 other suggestions by the insurance adjustor. After getting there I was asked how come I hadn't taken the car since the alleged person that knew how to repair the damages had been sick all week and they lied that they had called me to tell me that. Terrible service. I brought my car for an estimate and they ended up charging me for something they didn't even do well. They don't tell you if there are any extra fees in advance. They just go ahead without your consent. A professional company would make sure you understand the process, if there are any fees that could apply and the rate. Of course, this is not one of them. Once you go and pick up your car, you end up with the surprise that you have to pay. Such a waste of time and money. Stay away!

I had my car repaired at Bemac Auto body and they helped me through the process through every step of the way and were extremely courteous and professional as well as answered all my questions. I highly recommend them as they do excellent work and I couldn't be happier with the work done on my 2015 Honda CRV.
