I spoke to Joe at the Clyde Ave location to deal with a rust problem. He prepared a detailed estimate, and Louise arranged for a rental car. The repairs were completed a day early, at the agreed price. Very satisfied!

Wish I could give a zero rating. My advice at this point is to avoid this place at all costs!! I have had a shockingly bad experience with Bemac that was linked to an insurance claim from a car accident I was involved in in late summer. Things started when I experienced rude, condescending treatment, and talking over me as I tried to ask questions and tell the story of what had happened to my car.
