my church got Tim to have to do a second inspection on a possible leak in the wall but it takes out the first inspection which was done by a general contractor was completely incorrect. the leak wasn't in the wall and Tim had discovered it was actually the toilet water tank seal had expired and caused the leak. thanks to Tim, my church did not have to open up the wall.
