Great job, Tim! I discovered water leakage at the water valve when testing my new washing machine. Called Bema Plumbing, Tim is able to come the same day, within 1.5 hours to be specific, and replaced the water valve within an hour. He even went extra mile and helped to place my washer dryer back to the closet, tested the washer and put the closet door back. Thank you, Tim!
Tim and his assistant were friendly, fast, tidy, and efficient changing my hot water tank. I really liked the use of text messaging to give an estimate, keep me informed, and send an invoice. It was very easy and efficient.
