Went by the food truck tonight. We ordered a pork preggo. As we watched them prepare ours and other customers food they lacked sanitation in their process. I'm not sure what all the regulations are but neither staffer ever had more than one glove on; if any. Several times they were handling raw garnishes and cooked meals with their bare hands. Went to the food truck at the Plaza Live and got the bomb fries and the chicken prego and both were amazing!!! Very spicy, great flavor,and friendly staff!
Food is awesome! Great variety and authentic flavors. Highly recommend.
