This experience with the BEM (Bureau d’enqu�te m�dicale) was exactly how everyone else here described it! I want to say that I had my evaluation last Tuesday and I have not received my report yet, so I am not writing this out of spite because they closed my file, as I do not have that information yet. The doctor I saw was really rough and I'm actually in a lot of pain after the visit. Basically wouldn't let me describe the details of my injuries. There's really like zero bedside Manor or compassion for the patients. There were no questions in about how my injury has affected my everyday life, my mental health, or my ability to return to my field of work. I had to drive 40 minutes with my leg that causes me pain. Très long délai d'attente, aucun personnel à la réception, toilette défectueuse et aucun préposé à l'entretien trouvé..
Ce qui est ridicule, c'est qu'on doit expliquer a l 'expert des problèmes qu'on ne sais pas ,par ce que ,on a pas eu la chance de voir un spécialiste qui va nous expliquer c'est quoi exactement notre problème et c'est quoi les solutions immédiat et futures qu'elle sont les séquelles a vivre avec le reste de la vie ...pauvre système de santé !!!
