My trial attorney recommended Belzer Law Firm when I needed an attorney who specialized in appeals. I am so grateful I was referred to them. I worked primarily with Ashlee and she took the time to understand my case, priority, and needs. She is smart, knows the court system well, and helped me understand what the process was and what to expect while working efficiently so as to not cost me extra in fees.
I would NOT recommend Belzer Law or their attorney Aaron to anybody. Furthermore, considering my knowledge of his questionable practices, I would actively discourage anyone from hiring someone who is happy to break their own governing body’s codes of practice. Specifically rule 4.2 which prevents contract with a client he knows to be represented or rule 4.1 not being truthful.
