My father bought a tractor a few years back and last spring he bought a large finish mower and a tiller. This spring I was checking the oil on the tiller and one of the gearboxes has water in the oil. The tiller is only one year old so my father called about warranty and they said the guy who is deals with warranty will call you back when he gets back. We have never heard anything back. That's just not the way to do business we will never be a customer again.
