After over a year of struggling with a poorly foot I was so shocked to have a letter from the musculoskeletal services telling me I’d be taken off the waiting list because I hadn’t responded to a letter to make an appointment for a scan. I always find the staff at Belvidere to be helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Recently my 4 month old had been unwell for a week or so, we were worried and used the online contact to report our concerns. The practice called us early the next day with an appointment. Dr Leech went above and beyond with our son. She listened carefully to our concerns, thoroughly examined him and quickly fast tracked him to Telford hospital.
