Dealing with Belvidere has been a horrible experience. They did the foundation on my parents home 3 years ago and didn't put proper piles in and the house is sinking. Myself and my parents have tried numerous times over the past year to come put and proper beams in but nobody ever comes or returns phone calls. They came out once last year to look at the damage and admitted that they had made a huge mistake but now we can't get them to fix it. Rainwater was entering my basement from around a coal chute door. Regular caulking wasn’t working. I contacted Belvidere Construction; their crew just finished at my home. They waterproofed the foundation wall and around the coal chute, and installed a window well close to the house.
