Great atmosphere and kind workers
An amazing and warm feeling just walking into the office. I experienced a very traumatic appt at my other dentist resulting in an emergency root canal and refused to go back. I researched and found Dr Shapiro practice during my recovery and they were able to fit me in quickly for a cleaning and a permanent crown! I immediately bonded with Audrey and felt like I was in the room with a close girlfriend! Loved my experience here. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Audrey and Dr Shapiro were so amazing.
The front desk was fantastic! Dr. Shapiro wasn't so great. Dr. Shapiro was asked to come in and examine me after my cleaning go over my xray. She( Dr. Shapiro) did introduce herself with a wave. No communication. No eye contact and she did not explain or discussed my concern. Dr. Shapiro left and did not return.Now would I want someone like her to do any extractions? Absolutely not!!
