My aunt was in this place and we got her out as fast as we could. I can't believe the favorable reviews I see here. Even one of the staff pulled me over and told me to get her out. The front desk staff are hostile rude and insulting. They are understaffed, with only one aide available at night for all residents. My aunt waited for TWO hours for someone to get her out of bed. There is no programming , no warmth, no care, no supplies, not even a towel , a washcloth or plastic gloves. I was there and this is the truth. Please d... read more
