I do not recommend this facility. The staff at The Belvedere have repeatedly shown neglect and abusive behavior toward residents. Residents are not treated with dignity or respect, and their needs are often ignored. Instead of providing a safe and caring environment, the facility fails to uphold basic standards of compassion and professionalism. I visited this establishment today, and what I witnessed was deeply concerning. The receptionist displayed a lack of professionalism and compassion. As one resident attempted to exit through the front door, the receptionist forcefully grabbed the individual by the hand and pulled them away. While I understand the need to ensure resident safety, the level of force used was excessive and could have easily caused harm. Unpleasant staff they don’t help at all please don’t leave Your family here there are the better places than this One I not recommend this place this is what I went through and saw. I have a bad experience with this place
