These guys did many projects for us over the years when we lived on Laird Drive. Always reliable, trustworthy, friendly and they did great work. We have now retired and moved into an apartment and we miss them!

We’re very happy with the work Belvedere did for us. They helped us with several repairs and upgrades to our exterior when water damage was discovered during the installation of a new deck by another company. We were grateful for their coordination of multiple trades, many of whom are part of their own team or work with them regularly. This ensured the work was done to a high standard, and they also helped coordinate with the deck contractor when needed. I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A TIME TO ACKNOWLEDGE JOE...HE HAD NOTICED A CAR SPEEDING INTO OUR PARKING LOT AND AN ELDERLY WOMEN WAS WALKING TOWARDS THE PHARMACY. HE PULLED HER BACK AND POTENTIAL SAVED HER FROM BEING HIT BY THE CAR, THE WOMEN WAS BEYOND GRATEFUL FOR HIS QUICK THINKING AND ACTION.

This is for whoever was aggressively driving around mainstreet Markham yelling and swearing at cars. This was during a family trick or treating event on Oct 25 with kids everywhere btw. It was a white Ford 150? Don't remember the exact make and model. It went into the underground parking of the apartment complex at 14 Dublin St, Markham, ON L3P 1M
