The Beledere has the WORST Customer service I have ever seen in the 15 years that I have been in the wedding industry!!!! They are ignorant and do not care about you after you sign the contract with them. I spent $24,000.00 on my wedding reception at the belvedere and was treated like crap! They also threw away all my left over cake that wasn't cut and served including the top layer for the first anniversary!!!!!
