The best place on the oceanfront laid back clean and breakfast bar is the best John and Carol
This place is cute with its 1960s beach vibe and little diner/coffee shop where you can look out at the ocean. Being right on the boardwalk/beachfront is great and there's a bike rental stop next door. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. You can also watch people climb some 20 foot tall (or maybe taller) climbing ropes and other exercise equipment on the beach. I like the proximity to Pocahontas Pancakes too. The pool is perfectly acceptable. It's on the parking lot side so you can't see the beach but ... read more
It was good while it lasted. It was demolished in January 2020.
