I called Beltway Garage Doors in the evening because I had an issue in my garage door. A technician show up 2 hours later and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue on spot. I was really satisfied with the work as I needed to go to work the next day.

Not an actual repair service, only install new openers according to the technician. No detailed assessment of my problem, just a quote to replace. They wanted $750 to replace a $230 opener. I did it in 2h for $300 with an upgraded unit and I'm only marginally technically competent.

Called and scheduled a appointment for today on yesterday. Was given a 1:00 appt time for technician to arrive. Took off a half day from work to be home! About 2:30 after no one calling or showing up, call office/dispatcher who acts baffled that no one was here yet and puts me on hold, comes back to say technician will be here in 10 min. I called Beltway Garage Doors when the spring on my door broke. I was a repeat customer as I was satisfied with their work when they replace my door spring 8 or 9 years ago. The technician who showed up told me he wouldn’t charge me to get my car out of the garage if I’d work with them to fix the spring. He told me that, due to Covid, springs were back ordered and would be 4 - 12 and he quoted me a price that was 2x the price I’d paid 9 years prior.
