Reached out to a contractor with Beltway Builders to inquire about putting a gazebo together on 7/3/25. He provided me his information on Nextdoor. When he arrived, he stated that I needed a cemented area to nail the gazebo to. The gazebo has no measurements so the contractor guessed the size of the gazebo. He guess was a measurements of 10 by 12. To dig and pour cement in my yard The contractor estimated $6,750 for the cemented area and said he will put the gazebo up for FREE! How disrespectful is that?!
I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from Beltway Builders. We hired them to power wash our rooftop deck, bottom deck, the siding on both the front and back of our row home, the downstairs banister, and the carport. What we experienced was far from professional. The entire job was completed in just under three hours by a single worker, even though we were told two people would be handling the project. Hello future customers for Beltway Builders. I had a front door installed and an issue with the oval glass seal. I reached out to Beltway and met and spoke with several different employees during the journey of receiving a replacement door that was installed today and feels and looks great. The timeline was lengthy but the help and support I received from Patricia the sales rep, Michelle the service support manager, and Scott/Jesse the installers was excellent.
