We had a foundation drain installed some years ago and unfortunately we were very naive. We're just understanding now how bad of a job was done. No vapor barrier, low quality sump system and the egress pipe only ran 2 feet from the house into a driveway making a skating rink each winter.

Poor quality work done. Just 2 years ago I spent money and got my deck railings replaced and the wood is already warped in multiple areas that was replaced.. I also had a small section of flooring replaced and was left with a tacky finish. Would not recommend anyone giving them money to do anything.
