Very pleased with the hardwood floor repair. Dave was able to fit us in and meet a short deadline related to the sale of our house. We were lucky to have spare boards which made the work possible. The workers were on time, worked efficiently, and respectful to us and our house. They did a fantastic job!
You really need to watch the low-entry, high-exit approach. I expressed concerns about the upcharge on my estimate. Despite those concerns, I accepted the estimate with the added cost, only to later receive an additional, unjustified charge with no truthful explanation. They made it easy. They were professional and accommodating. When attention was needed it was given, when questions came up they were answered and if there was a problem it was solved. Everyone was great, I would use them again.
We had a foundation drain installed some years ago and unfortunately we were very naive. We're just understanding now how bad of a job was done. No vapor barrier, low quality sump system and the egress pipe only ran 2 feet from the house into a driveway making a skating rink each winter.
