Poor communication. Came on a service call, said they'd send estimates, and even after several weeks and a follow-up from me, I've heard nothing and am out $100 for the service call.
Zon and Jalen were great they came out and fixed ny issue very fast and were very helpful. They also help me change my filter.

Came out to repair my AC unit that broke during an extreme summer heatwave and confirmed I simply needed a capacitor replacement. Service itself was quick and competent, but the pricing was completely out of line. Besides the $99 dispatch fee, I was quoted $818... for a capacitor. These things are maybe $20-30 on average, and the entire diagnostic and swap took maybe 30 minutes. This pricing is insulting and attempts to capitalize on desperate homeowners with no cooling.
