I have been working with Beltway for a few years to service my aging heat pump (thank you Jimmy and Haden) - and recently Beltway installed a new HVAC system in a house I recently inherited and will soon live in. Shawn was my technician who came out for my inspection and he was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. He carefully checked everything and explained the process, which gave me confidence that the job was done right. I did feel that the price was a bit on the higher end of things, I know that’s set by the company and not under his control. Nonetheless, he did an excellent job, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail. Highly recommend!
Amazing company, fast service, respectful and quality in work and follow up. Would highly recommend to anyone and definitely a planned lifetime customer now. Had stress of having to fully replace whole AC/Furnace system and they took the stress out of it.
I was able to get an appointment on an extremely hot day when all hvac is very busy including them. Yes they want to sell a system but they all do and it's still been difficult to get reliable hvac appointments this summer likely due to extreme heat. The receptionist was very kind and I needed after -work or weekend appointment. I had limited availability and didn't want to pay extra cost for Saturday appt.
