My sister -in-law has used Beltway Air and she highly recommended them. I had a problem with a heat pump at a townhouse. It wasn't putting out anything over 70 and could only get the house into the 60's on a cold day. Another HVAC company looked and kept claiming the problem was the thermostat even though it was a new Ecobee. BGE and Ecobee support checked and the thermostat was fine. I needed to have my sump pump checked, and Ray and Paul came out to assess the situation. They clearly explained the issues, walked me through my options, and offered practical solutions. Both were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable, and they took the time to share detailed information in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, a great experience.

The customer service I got from Mike was outstanding! At my request, he spent a lot of time on the phone with me explaining to me my ductwork options before even coming out to look at the property, so I could decide whether I wanted to move forward. Not many places will do that, and it sets this company apart. He was very professional and happily answered all of my questions (and I ask a lot of questions!). Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From Destiny who I spoke with, to Tony who came out to give me a quote and fix thermostat, and Conor and Logan who installed my beast of a furnace. I want to write a long review for each of them. They all were thorough, experts, and friendly and didn’t stop until they had it done. Shawn was my technician who came out for my inspection and he was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. He carefully checked everything and explained the process, which gave me confidence that the job was done right. I did feel that the price was a bit on the higher end of things, I know that’s set by the company and not under his control. Nonetheless, he did an excellent job, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail. Highly recommend!
