Central Heating was having issues. Called my home warranty company and Beltway Air was assigned. The company called and scheduled the time next day. The technician arrived timely and fix the issues after diagnosing. He was professional and explained the issue. Highly recommend the service. Thanks

Not even one star, so so so bad, worst technicians. I called them via choice warranty and they were not ready to give the bill with the service provided, this guy is unfixing my ac/ heat unit. Terrible terrible experience.

After my home warranty sent these people out to fix my heat….it was never properly fixed and the man made our system worst than what it was before he came….he was also unprofessional….taking personal phone calls …..talking and laughing loud in my home when he should have been working. Then he claimed he fixed the issue, which he did not. He also tried to get me to buy a new system through him. I wouldn’t give him a dime of my money. Horrible experience.

I scheduled two days ago (through home warranty) for an issue with my AC unit between 11 am - 3 pm. They never called and I ended up calling them at 2 pm to see what time they would be arriving. The person who answered the phone said he would check and call me back. He was also rude on the phone. NO CALL BACK AT ALL. Called home warranty and they were old that the technician rejected the service request.
