I drove all the way over to Beltsville on a Sunday afternoon to get this done. The trip was for naught. I watched the Youtube video before going there, so I went in with knowledge about how it works. That didn't help. At first the machine had trouble rebooting, I guess. It wouldn't scan my bar code. There were several other hiccups. Then I manually tried putting in my numbers twice. Finally, it told me I had to take my car to another site. Ugh! We need more of these at different locations around the county
