I bought two palms on 01/16/23 and also scheduled for them to be planted by Beltrans. Because of the way they were positioned at the Nursery, I did not notice that they were both damaged by frost and the bad parts trimmed off. The Christmas palm had a dead branch and brown spots on some of the branches. I took pictures and went to the Nursery three times.
