Great experience at Beltran Tires! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Leticia was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Raul, the worker in the back, was efficient and clearly knows what he’s doing, he got everything done quickly and with great attention to detail. On top of that, the prices were excellent. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service and a team that truly cares about their customers!
Beltran Tires took perfect care of me when I needed tire service the most I called in for my tire size availability was told they had it in stock. I had my Mercedes towed there and was greeted by the kindest staff ever Leticia the counter service and Raul the tire tech both took care of me. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind had me back on the road in no time, the outstanding and quick top tier service as well as their upfront affordable prices was spectacular! They are very interested and do their job professionally they do a very good job thank you
I bought 3 used tires, one is kind of okay, but the other 2 ones are so bad that they triggered "TCL" light on my car dashboard and affected badly the car alignment. I tried to switch them to better ones and to buy a forth one, they first accepted and asked me to come back later next week. When I came back, they changed their mind and refused. Dishonesty and Waste of time and money.
